Christian began his career in 1998 in London working in People Management roles for an award winning luxury retail and hotel company (Club 21 and COMO Hotels and Resorts) Over the subsequent twelve years Christian developed in this role supporting and developing teams globally, working out of London, Bangkok and Singapore. In 2010 Christian co-founded Christian Bassett Learning.

Over the last twelve years Christian has led the charge building the consultancy into a thriving buisness, working with clients across 20 countries and four continents. This global exposure allows Christian and his team to bring unique insights and experiences to each new project, adding value and relevance to the design, facilitation or coachiong work that is undertaken.
