Christian Bassett Learning is an accredited trainer with Team Management Systems, known internationally as a specialist in creating work-based profiling tools that focus on individual and team development.

We use two different profiles as a foundation for a diverse range of programmes.

Team Management Profile 

A personalised report that gives individuals insights into how they work and their preferred role within a team. Initiatives where this profile can add significant value include Team building events / Executive coaching and Executive recruitment.

Linking Skills Profile

This report allows participants to assess up to13 'Linking Skills' considered essential for successful leaders to incorporate into their work, categorised into 3 groups: People linking / Task linking / Leadership linking.

The profile is a 360° feedback tool that demonstrates how their linking skills are perceived by others. Most importantly, it provides coaching and guidance on how these skills can be adapted / improved in the future.
