The Hands On Trainer & Coach : 3 day Investment 
Being able to take any practical task and train someone to perform it successfully at work is a tough challenge for many key employees as they develop in their roles. This session develops fundamental design / training and communication skills that allow particiipants to bring their hands on training to life and to avoid bad habiots that restrict learning and development in others. During the session we use individual video recording to assist individual reflection, feedback and analysis.

This session equips individuals with the skills to deliver precise, compelling and dynamic learning sessions / presentations that engage the audience and promote individual learning.
